Wellness Facility Overview

Here at our Y where we are committed to helping you move toward better personal health and well-being. Our caring, supportive and qualified staff, combined with our high quality programs and equipment will help to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle-spirit, mind, and body.

As you begin or continue on your journey towards wellness, you will see that our Y offers an array of options for you to choose from to help you along the way. Our Wellness Center is an option for those that prefer equipment based personal workouts. If you enjoy working out in groups, you may decide to participate in one of the many drop-in Group Exercise classes that we offer as part of your membership. Our Y also has available more specialized Healthy Lifestyle programs such as a healthy eating program and an exercise program for cancer survivors, as well as an assortment of fee-based personal fitness programs to meet your individual training needs.

Along with our beautiful facility and wonderful programs, our biggest resource is our caring and experienced staff. Our Y hires qualified and compassionate wellness professionals who enjoy helping others. Each of our staff is trained and has certifications in their respective areas of expertise.

Wellness Center, Zone, Gymnasium & Pools

Located on the second level, you will find our 4,000 square foot Wellness Center, which houses a vast array of cardio training options, free weights, and selectorized strength training equipment. The Zone is the perfect space for anyone to find their inner athlete, train toward a personal best, or simply take on a new challenge. Learn more
