About Sports Camp
We are excited to offer a new Sports Camp program, blending athletics and wellness together. Sessions are one week long, with each session focusing on a specific sport such as football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, and more.
A typical day at our new Sports Camp will include a high-energy morning of skills and drills specific to the session’s sport, swim training where your camper will learn stroke development or learn how to swim. In the afternoon, campers will have lunch and end the day with a mindfulness activity of their choice, including art, chess, STEM, yoga, and more!
Session 1 (Basketball): June 21 – June 25
Session 2 (Soccer): June 28 – July 2
Session 3 (Lacrosse): July 5 – July 9
Session 4 (Tennis): July 12 – July 16
Session 5 (Golf): July 19 – July 23
Session 6 (Baseball): July 26 – July 30
Session 7 (Football): August 2 – August 6
Session 8 (Basketball): August 9 – August 13
