My Playroom On-Site Babysitting

My Playroom is our Y’s drop-in babysitting program available to our members while they use our facility. Our caring staff provides a safe environment for play, games, and arts and crafts. My Playroom is available for children 6 months and older (children must be able to sit up on their own). Older children are encouraged to bring their homework. Please note, the maximum length per My Playroom visit is 90 minutes.

My Playroom is temporarily closed due to lack of staffing. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as hiring efforts are made to secure staff.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
Saturday 8:15 AM-12:15 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM-12:15 PM.

FEES
My Playroom is free for those with a current New Canaan YMCA Family Membership.
Please stop by the Front Desk to receive your My Playroom pass for each visit.

Non-Family Member Rates
$8.00/hour
$12.00/90 minutes
$95.00/Punch Pass for 15 hours

Individuals with a current punch pass may go directly to My Playroom.
Individual sessions and multi-session punch passes can be purchased at the Front Desk. There are no exceptions to this policy. There are no refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or unused punch cards.
