Welcome to Y@home!
When you belong to the Y, you belong to a team.
We support each other, motivate each other, and recently, even protect each other.
A team remains strong, even when not physically together, and the Y remains dedicated to supporting our members and our community the best we can. Since closing, our staff has been working hard to create virtual resources for our members to help support your physical and mental health while the New Canaan YMCA is closed.
