Girls on the Run

We are proud to offer the Girls on the Run program at our Y. The program is a life-changing, experiential learning program for girls combining training for a 3.1 mile run event, with self-esteem enhancing and uplifting workouts. This program is not a running program, but a program that encourages positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual, and physical development.

The objective of Girls on the Run is to educate and empower girls at an early age in order to prevent the display of at-risk activities in the future.
