Working out as a family gives us the chance to achieve a healthier lifestyle while spending time with the ones we love. We encourage all of our families to stay active together by taking advantage of our open gym and family swim times, or by joining us in one of our wellness programs designed specifically for families.
Youth Strength Training – FIT program (Families In Training )
*Free with Family Membership
The FIT program is designed to strengthen families by providing opportunities to exercise together in a safe and fun environment. The program gives 12-14 year olds the opportunity to learn how to safely workout in the Wellness Center. Teens can achieve this by taking the Youth Strength Training class which teaches sound principles of strength training, aerobic endurance, muscle conditioning, as well as Wellness center safety. After successfully completing the exam at the end of the Youth Training class, the teens will receive a FIT pass. This pass allows them to use the Wellness Center from 2-5PM Monday through Sunday and also workout with a parent at any time. The classes are taught by a Y staff member who is a certified personal trainer and generally run for 3-week sessions. Youth Strength training classes are free to Y family members and fee based for Y youth members. Teens also have the option of earning a FIT pass through completing one on one sessions with a personal trainer and successfully completing the Youth Strength Training exam. Personal Training rates apply for these sessions. More information about the current offerings and fees can be found in our most recent brochure. Drop-in Classes/Free to Members
Group Exercise Classes are open to all Y members 15 and older: 12-14 year olds may attend classes with a parent (excluding Strength Train Together). Cycle 30 Together is open to ages 10 and older, as long as leg length is 30″ from top of hip bone to bottom of foot.

Bouncing Bears Open Gym (Kid Zone)
Open Gym is free for children currently enrolled in a Bouncing Bears class.
FEE: $15 per child/per visit any child not enrolled in a class.
RECEIPT OF PAYMENT (from front desk) must be presented to gym instructor along with gym pass.
Join us for some family fun during our Bouncing Bears Open Gym. Parents are required to stay and supervise play. In order to maintain a safe atmosphere for all, Open Gyms will be limited to 12 children, AGES 5 & UNDER, on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
