Middle School Madness (Grades 5-8) 

Teens come take over the YMCA! Middle School Madness is offered one Saturday a month (except December) during the school year. Under the leadership of the Y staff and volunteers, Middle School Madness offers fun, recreation, and great special events for our community’s youth.

Activities include special theme nights, D.J dance parties,  3-D movies, live entertainment, swimming, working out in the Wellness Center, game room and so much more!

New Canaan YMCA Winter Vacation Ventures (Grades 5-6)

BEYOND YOUR ORDINARY VACATION.  Looking for something to do with your friends during February Break? We've planned three days filled with fun and adventure.  Sign up for one day or all three!

Vacation Ventures will be offered Monday– Wednesday, February 13-15 from 9:00a.m-5:00p.m. Each day a bus will pick you up and drop you off at the Y.

Activities Include:
Monday, February 13: Snow Tubing
Tuesday, February 14: Snow Shoeing or Indoor Rock Climbing (if no snow we will go Indoor Climbing)
Wednesday, February 15: Lazer Tag and Ice Skating
Fee: $85/day/member; $100/day/non member

Red Cross Babysitting Certification (Ages 11-15)

Enjoy being with kids?  Take the Red Cross Babysitting Certification course at the YMCA and learn all you need to know to be “the best of the best.”  You will also learn and become certified in First Aid as part of this program.
