YMCA Excellence in Service

YMCA Members and Staff, we need your help:  Here’s your chance to show your favorite YMCA staff members how much you admire them for all their hard work.

We will be presenting the following awards each session throughout the year to our YMCA superstars:

·    All Kids Are Our Kids Award:  Presented to an employee in a programmatic area who consistently supports and empowers young people throughout their daily lives:  setting boundaries and expectations, being a positive influence in helping kids make thoughtful, positive choices that will encourage them to become caring, responsible adults.

·    Extra Mile Award:  Presented to an employee who has consistently gone above and beyond their normal job duties and who inspires others to higher levels of performance.

Nomination forms will be available at the YMCA toward the end of each program session, or online.
