Personal Training

All ages, abilities, and workout needs!  Anyone can benefit from personal training.  Whether you are new to exercise, need that extra push, desire an updated program, or want to make sure your exercise sessions are spent most effectively, personal training is the solution!

Single or multiple session packages are available.  Every package includes a short goal-setting session to assess your goals and assign you to one of our personal trainers, all of whom are certified through at least one nationally recognized organization.

Nutritional Counseling

Healthy Balance:  A Nutrition and Lifestyle Change Program

Take Charge is about making lifestyle changes, shifting your mindset, and putting your health first.  It is not a diet.  Learn how to take charge of your health by achieving balance among all aspects of wellness.  You will receive the tools you need to be successful in long-term “fat” loss and health.

Take Charge is a partnership between Lifestyle Management Associates, Dr. Jane Pentz, and the New Canaan YMCA.  The sessions and classes are conducted by New Canaan YMCA wellness professionals under the support of a registered sports dietician.  This program is available through individual sessions with a nutrition manager or in a group setting in an 8-week program.
