Our Financial Assistance Program, made possible by the generous contributions of YMCA donors, is available for membership and program fees, so that everyone in our community has the opportunity to grow and achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Financial assistance applications for Membership and Supplemental Request Form for Programs are available at the YMCA Front Desk and below. Completed applications & request forms must be submitted to Diana Riolo, Financial Assistance Coordinator (ext. 185). All applications must include your most recent Federal Income Tax Return, W2s and/or 1099s and copies of your last three paycheck stubs. Request for Membership financial assistance may be submitted year round. Once approved, you will be contacted by Diana Riolo. The financial assistance application process is confidential and based on need.
