My
Playroom is the New Canaan YMCA’s on-site,
drop-in babysitting service for children
whose parents or caregivers are using the
YMCA facility. My Playroom is
for children age 6 months and older who can
sit up on their own. Caring staff
provide an environment for play and
exploration, games, and arts and crafts.
The
YMCA will provide plain Cheerios and water
for snack. Because many children have
food allergies, we ask that parents not
bring any other snacks.
There
is a 1 ½ hour maximum stay per day in My
Playroom.
Hours:

Monday
– Friday: 8:15am – 1:15pm
Saturday
– 8:15am: – 12:00pm
Sunday
– 9:00am: – 12:00pm
Fees:
Parents using the
My Playroom must pre-purchase either a
15-hour payment book, or pre-purchase a
single visit at the front desk.
